On October 25th, Dean WenXiaozhong of the School of Engineering at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and his delegation visited our school fora visit and exchange. Wang Lixin, Vice Dean of State Grid TechAcademy, and Xu Fangjiang, Vice Director of the Comprehensive Training Department, accompanied them. Ding Lei, Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering, met with the guests, and Vice Dean Zhao Haoran presided over the discussion and accompanied the visit.

At the symposium, Zhao Haoran welcomed the visit of Wen Xiaozhong and his delegation, and briefly introduced the history, discipline construction, scientific research platform, international exchanges, and school-enterprise cooperation of the college. He expressed his hope to further communicate and exchange with the School of Engineering of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, carry out practical cooperation in scientific research, achievement transformation, teacher exchange, and student joint training, promote complementary advantages, and achieve common prosperity and win-win results.

Wen Xiaozhong expressed his gratitude to our hospital for its warm reception and briefly introduced the talent cultivation, disciplinary platform, scientific research, and integration of industry and education at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the School of Engineering. He stated that the two sides can focus on further strengthening communication in the fields of plasma and medical engineering, and explore multi-field and all-round cooperation.
