On the afternoon of January 20th, the School of Electrical Engineering held a working meeting for the leadership team in 2025. The meeting closely focused on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, deeply studied and implemented the latest strategic deployments of the Party and the state, continuously consolidated and deepened the achievements of theme education, with the core goal of promoting the high-quality development of the school, comprehensively reviewed and summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the work in 2024, actively planned various tasks for 2025, further unified thinking, consolidated consensus, and drew a blueprint for the future development of the school. Yin Lumin, Secretary of the School Party Committee, presided over the meeting, and Dean Ding Lei and all members of the leadership team attended the meeting.

Before the meeting, the members of the leadership team sorted out their work ideas, conducted investigations and research, identified weak links, and provided strong support for the smooth holding of the virtual meeting. At the meeting, the members of the leadership team combined with their respective work, put forward constructive opinions and suggestions on how to enhance the quality of graduate and undergraduate training, optimize the structure of the teaching staff, strengthen the construction of scientific research platforms, improve the ability to transform scientific research results, and improve laboratory service support capabilities. Yin Lumin and Ding Lei commented one by one. The participants expressed their opinions and unanimously believed that in order to achieve the high-quality development of the college, it is necessary to adhere to a problem-oriented approach, implement precise policies, take reform and innovation as the driving force, and continuously solve development problems.

Yin Lumin emphasized in his summary speech that 2025 is the final year of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the beginning year of implementing the "1579" development ideas of the 15th Party Congress of the school. All members of the leadership team should take this virtual meeting as an opportunity to further enhance their sense of responsibility and mission, unite and cooperate, work hard, ensure that all work tasks are implemented, and strive to achieve the goal of high-quality development of the college.
