From July 8th to July 13th, Professor Zhao Haoran, Vice President of the School of Electrical Engineering, led a delegation to visit partner universities in France and Germany to deepen the implementation of the "Global First-Class Discipline Partnership Program" and promote joint scientific research, overseas faculty introduction, and talent cultivation from both sides.
During the visit, the research team visited the Laplace Laboratory of theFrench National Centre for Scientific Researchand theUNIVERSITÉ TOULOUSE Ⅲ, and had discussions with scholars and international affairs leaders in the field of electrical engineering. The two sides exchanged views on the implementation of the "Global First-Class Discipline Partnership Program" and reached consensus on deepening joint scientific research and expanding future cooperation paths.

Afterwards, the research team visited Arts et Métiers ParisTech and École Centrale de Lille in France, visited the L2EP Electrical Engineering and Power Electronics Laboratory, and had discussions with relevant scholars and international affairs leaders. Both sides fully affirmed the cooperation carried out in the field of electrical engineering in the previous stage, and formed a preliminary plan for further deepening scientific research cooperation, talent training, platform construction, and agreement signing.




Finally, the research team visited Technische Universität Berlin in Germany, visited the Sustainable Electric Networks and Sources of Energy , SENSE, had discussions with relevant scholars, and conducted in-depth discussions on close personnel visits, joint training of students, and employment of part-time professors.

Associate Professor Gong Jinlin, Associate Professor JinZhaoyang, and International Exchange Commissioner Wu Ke from the School of Electrical Engineering accompanied the visit and participated in relevant activities.
